The Real Music Show …

It was the first pandemic lockdown that propelled Paul Huggett into radio. A lifetime spent playing live music, singing, and commentating at motor sport events – and indeed, being a big radio fan – was suddenly very empty, and joining us here at CHR in spring 2020 saw Paul presenting The Real Music Show on Saturday’s at 5.30, at a time when many folk were of course turning to their smart speakers, PCs and Internet Radios for some additional entertainment. He has since presented some 400 shows heading into 2023 on this and other internet stations, and now he’s back on CHR with a Saturday morning show Saturday Scene, in which local 1066 region based musicians, singers and bands will feature alongside the big names with the emphasis on REAL music – listen on Saturdays, 5-6pm and enjoy.
